Sunday Snippets: A Catholic Carnival

Tonight seems a fine one for a carnival.  Here in the northern hemisphere, we sit poised at the edge of autumn; State Fairs are behind us, and Fall Festivals are around the corner.

So I am traveling this week over to This That and the Other Thing, to join in the festivities at Sunday Snippets:  A Catholic Carnival.

    There is still a Catholic Carnival? I remember participating several years ago but I thought it had fallen by the wayside. But I also wonder if I can add something else that my brain has to think about. :) Maybe. I'll have to see after I return from my vacation.

      I didn't know the Catholic Carnival had been around that long.. but of course, how would I? I will have been blogging a year this month!!

      Congrats on one year!! Yes, it was set up differently way back when and then I think the person that coordinated it decided he didn't want to do it anymore. THat's when the yahoo group started and someone else picked it up. I think I tried to continue participating but it fell by the wayside and I never realyl heard anything about it again either. So I guess I thought it wasn't around any more. I also don't like yahoo groups, every time I've been in one I forget my password and can't figure out how to login and it ends up being more of a pain than I want to deal with. But maybe being in the yahoo group isn't important. I'll have to think more on this when I return from my vacation. Congrats again on your first year blogging!!

      Thanks for the congrats!!! I didn't even like doing e-mail before I starting blogging (God does appear to have a sense of humor). I wouldn't have a clue how to be part of a yahoo group; I just entered the posts into the blog. I had done this maybe twice, back in the winter or spring, and just gave it another try. Have a gerat vacation!!
